Total Decrap Day! (Friday, 15th Feb)

I'll post in 2 parts: Saturday, 16th Feb will be posted at a later date.

What? What's decrap? Well, it means Total Defence Day but I concluded that there is nothing that S'pore has to defend against (except George Bush) so I might as well rename it as Total [Defence + Crap] Day. Last week, the school forced us to buy the student's diary which i seriously see no use for it. I did not use them last year so I don't think this year would be any different. But to my surprise today, I finally found the use of it. I can use it to record weird and interesting happenings in school. People around me would have noticed me jotting down notes every now and then. By the end of the day, I filled up the whole 'Friday' column and it overflowed to the Saturday column. Whatever, enough boring introduction already, lets move on to the fun part.

I've been receiving some feedback that my posts are too wordy. Some suggestions include, using short forms to replace full words and not talking about 'normal' stuffs. Due to my writing style (or habit), I find it hard to use short forms. I think its going to have an undesirable effect on my English composition in O levels. Ya, so using short forms is definitely out (though i will use some during every full moon :D). Next up, can somebody define normal stuffs? I'm not too sure what normal stuffs mean. So until I figure that out, I'll continue writing whatever comes to my mind. Though it is hard to change my writing style, I found an improvment that can be easily done. Pictures! Yes, I'll include more pictures in between to avoid paying other people's hospital bills because they went crossed eyed after reading my blog! Hah! I'll also use more paragraphs.

Total defence day! Hah! Its the day when Lee Kuan Yew decided to take a break and invited the Japanese to help him run the country while he went to England to holiday. Thanks to him, we have to remember the stupid 5 core denfences which largely made no sense whatsoever. He also included activities for us S'poreans to do so that he can entertain himself - watching us suffer. We did one of that today and thats "In Place Protection" - IPP (whatever it means). We have to seal up all windows using garbage bags. I don't see the use of the garbage bag. We could just use the masking tape to seal the gaps. Stupid people, waste garbage bags, no wonder we find so many litter on the streets! We also have to make a makeshift toliet. This one is understandable, there will always be people like Wibi who is prone to shitting in his pants. They made us do this toliet to prevent such people from emmiting methane flavoured perfume (Yucks!). Whatever, its lame I know.

Then, the moment of truth! they started fogging the area outside the classes and in an instant, we could smell smoke. Failure! Holy Dog! If this was to be a real chemical attack, we would all die first. This only proves one thing. IPP does not work and it will never work as people would not have enough time to seal the place properly when a chemical attack happens. This shows that the SCDF people, hang on, thats not all. Yes, it should be most of the goverment agencies have brainless people working for them. Well, the only good thing that came out of this exercise is that we get to waste 1 hour of chinese lesson! Great! Kat is the wonderwoman of the day. She managed to seal the whole door by HERSELF, and only herself! Wow! She also kept us entertained in the dark classroom by giving everyone 2 packs of gummy bears (yummy!). Is it me or is it that the gummy bear packets are extra big? I kept eating and eating but after an eternity, I still find myself consuming bears from the same packet. How strange. Anyway, thanks Kat! I have a feeling she owns a candy shop as she brings sweets and snacks to school everyday!

The makeshift toliet that I helped construct. Cool right? Err, ya - right.
Exercise over! Finally! We arranged the tables back to their original position. But for some amazing reason, Nadya got herself cornered (stuck) by 3 tables, a computer table and a wall! :D She cried out helplessly as she awaited rescue. I don't see how she can get herself stuck there. And even if she did that amazing stunt, I don't see why she can't free herself from that 'disaster'. Funny little girl. She has a very serious lack of motor skills. She got out eventually thanks to some kind souls in the class. The Indos later held an emergency meeting to brush up their motor skills to prevent such an embarrasing thing from ever happening again.

Wow! Loo Loo admited that he has short term memory lost. Hmm... What is that supposed to mean? Maybe he can't remember where he stays? Or he forgot about his suicidal girlfriend? Well I don't know, and I don't think you know either. So, next please! Loo Loo also came to know about the "Wibi shitted in his pants" headlines that has been circulating round school like wildfire and yet he seems oblivious to it (until now that is). And he gave the worst reply that one could ever give. He says " It's normal what? Whats so surprising?" I'm like, OMG? You are saying that shitting in your pants when you are almost an adult is normal? I guess he shitted in his pants many times already. Haha :D

There seems to be a serious conflict between 2 individuals in class (I won't mention who, so don't pester me!). Whatever, I'll try (as far as possible) not to stick my head into the war zone. Latest News! - Xiao D has a new target. Well, I don't want to mention who lah, she hasn't done anything wrong to me or the others. I'll spare her and move on! I showed Zombie and Cy3lx about the orang utan who got his neck stuck in a hammock (he did not die yet) but the mother, in the haste to save him, wait for this, take a deep breath, ready? Now laugh!: Pulled the baby orang utan so badly that the baby dislocated its neck and died instantly! Zoo keepers tried to save it but the mother pushed them away. Now I see the difference between ornag utans and humans. I have the picture, but I feel bad posting it as the baby is such a poor thing. Zombie, Cy3lx and me kept laughing not because the baby died. But about how he died. So funny. Only Ryan was being sad the whole time. Eee, not fun de.

Loo Loo made another blunder AGAIN! He said that Good Friday is in March! Oh for god's sake, please check the calendar before blurting out nonsense! Loo Loo also made a promise to those that passed all subjects in Jan (Hands up, thats me!) that he will treat us to lunch somewhere. Here's the catch, he did not mention where. So, i came up with a list of places that we could have lunch: Cyrstal Jade, The (whatever name it is) restaurant at the top floor of UOB tower or The Swissotel (Westin Hotel at Raffles city) - The tall one yes. If he insist of fast food, we'll get him to buy for us a meal at Carl's Jr! There's also remedial lessons for those who fail lots of subjects. Yan Xun is one of them, and guess what. He wants to bribe his way out of this by offering to SLEEP WITH LOO LOO! LOL! He's so despo. Very disturbing, its giving me goose bumps. I'll stop here... Eww! Loo Loo admited after school that he is an idiot. Haha, don't blame me! You said that yourself, I did not put words into your mouth. So if you ever read this, don't sue me. Nadya later threw tantrum for being laughed at for not spelling "Excellence" correctly. It seems that the emergency meeting held earlier clearly did not go well!

Went for NPCC after group study. To my greatest surprise! Our unit got the Gold Award for the "Best Unit Award" How amazing. Our unit is the slackiest unit ever to exist in Singapore's history and we got Gold??? How did that happen. It seems that Chng has many 'Lobangs' everywhere and he may have bribed the 'upstairs people' by doing disgusting things to/for them. Whatever, it does not matter to me if NPCC got Gold, Copper or Tin. :D

I rushed home after NPCC to catch the F1 Redbull car on live demo at 8.30pm. I reached my viewing spot at Esplanade at 7.30 and waited till 8.30. No sight of any F1 cars. At least some other very exoitic cars entertained me. They inlclude a bunch of Harley Davidson motorbikers, Super antique cars (I emphasize Super) and several Super cars. Here's a treat for your eyes.

This very rare Cadaliac (white in colour) with shark fins at the back! First time I ever saw this car.

Ferrari Testarosa (red car) Very rare car also. I like the gills at the side. Simply classic!
After 8.30pm passed, still no sign of the F1 car. I heard from sources that they could not prepare the car in time (could be due to some engine problems). Finally! At 9.15pm, 45mins late. I heard the unmistakable sound of an F1 engine. It was damn loud. I was at the Esplanade with rock music blarring from the loud speakers nearby and the F1 car is at the Padang (Supreme court area) and I still could hear the engine noise (no its not noise, its music - ahhh!). I can't imagine how loud would it be when F1 comes to S'pore this September. 22 F1 car roaring to life. Finally it sped its way to Esplanade where I was awaiting anxiously for it's arrival. It did some very speedy runs up and down Raffles Ave. I did not expect that. I expect the F1 car (at a Chingay parade) to be like those Chingay floats, travelling slowly down the road, without a care in the world. Due to the high speed, I got a very blur picture of it zooming pass. The engine was incredibly loud! The driver spun the car several times ('donuts' as the pros call it). Tyre smoke can be smelt, I'd say it smells better than those disgusting smoky cirgarates! The 2 mins of adraneline rush is worth the 1hr 45mins wait.

I promptly left the scene after the F1 car swtiched off its engines for the day. I can't be bothered with the rest of the parade, I only came for the F1 and cars. Went to Suntec City using a long route as part of citylink was closed for some strange reasons - Citylink is underground and I don't see how it obstructs the Chingay precession. Went to have dinner and bought the Feb edition of 'Top Gear' magazine when the shop is switching off its lights (closing) - Sorry people, I just had to get hold of that magazine. Came back at 11pm.

Sorry for the bad quality, F1 car was too fast for my camera phone :(

I know your eyes must be hurting by now, here's a treat for all of you. Enjoy! :D

Videos Time!

In accordance to the Total Defence theme, I shall show a video about defending against some women drivers.

What happened?
1st: Lady stopped too far away from card slot, tried to move closer. (She could have just opened the door damn it!)
2nd: She accidentally stepped on the accelerator and car jumped forward, bringing the barriers down with it.
3rd: Instead of reporting to the relevant authroities, she was more corncerned about her car.
4th: She did the most wrongful thing and that was to drive off. Bitch! Lucky there's a CCTV camera of else she would have gotten away scot free!

What happened?
1st: Lady slowed down to turn into the entrance of some place (probably a motel or something?)
2nd: [At 00:10 secs - car bouncing up and down, just like Pang driving (Cyl3x & Ryan, you know what I am talking about) :D] She stalled her car due to her mistake of releasing the clutch too early (PS: very common amongst women drivers - from personal experience!)
3rd: She started her engine with a foot on the accelerator. Obviously, the car will move foward.
4th: It moved foward at such speed that it overturned due to her slow reaction in correcting her steering!

It's just plain stupid these drivers. There's alot more about women drivers on Youtube. Just type "women drivers" and vola! Enjoy laughing. Just don't fall off your chair! :D

Thats all for Friday, 15th Feb folks!
Stay tuned for the update of Saturday, 16th Feb update SOON! (but not too SOON) :D
